1. Contact us within 3 days of purchase to initiate the exchange process.
2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the book(s) to be exchanged.
3. Our team will verify the condition and value of the book(s).
4. Once approved, exchange with the desired book(s) of equal or lesser value.
